Hi all, first post here. Have started 5:2 for second time. Got derailed over summer but back again as overindulged over Christmas. Don't want to do complicated recipes as work full time and am single mum to one teenager so trying to make do with fruit, veg and chicken for dinner etc. Anyone any tips ??? and anyone else find calorie counter websites differ greatly in calories for things you'd think were fairly standard like an apple! thanks a lot
