I'm on week 5 and have had light headed-ness, dizzy, shaking and tingling limbs and grumpy feeling today after fasting yesterday.
Today I have eaten lots of healthy high cal foods like peanut butter on low GI bread, oats n milk, fruits, nuts, pitas and hummus, avocado...
I've lost 2.5kg in total.
Is it dehydration, low salts, low blood sugars? .
Thoughts please, I'm wondering if this the the right WoE for me..
