I have always wanted to do this but so far struggled with what to eat, whether to eat at all and when on FD. Now I have a plan:
Breakfast: Green tea
Lunch: Can of tuna with steamed broccoli = 130kcal
Dinner: veggie soup = 150kcal
Snack: 30g pack of almonds = 175kcal
Total 455 kcal
So I could even have a cup of white tea with the extra 45 kcal Grin
I am hoping that having the almonds to nibble on will get me through moments where I would normally open a pack of biscuits or choccies.
I am not really overweight, just flabby and chubby after 2 DCs and I just don't feel right. I am binging more and hiding food, so I want to get back on track before I go downhill. Plus my mum died of cancer, so I am trying to reduce that risk as well as having all the other health benefits.
Here are my stats:
SW: 68.8kg / 10st 11.7lb
GW: 62kg / 9st 10.7lb
167cm height

Posting this so I can keep track, care to join me?

Well it seems I survived the first FD ok. Almonds were really good to keep off hunger pangs. Changed lunch to tuna with carrot and cucumber - so yum!! Grin
Soup for dinner also yum, had to add quite a lot of salt as I found my blood pressure was too low (low anyway).
Will have an early night (I'm in OZ, so not long now) and look forward to my porridge breakfast tomorrow!!

Fab, getting the first one out the way is a biggy. I did 5:2 over the spring summer and had great results then struggles to get back on the bike after two weeks on holiday. I just started again yesterday to try and keep a little Christmas weight at bay. Good luck for the next one and hope you get some great results.
