I'm on week 4 of 5:2 (actually did 4:3 for first 2 weeks. To get me started).
I've go so many events these next couple weeks that I thunk the best I'm going to manage this week is one proper fast day on Thursday and was hoping starting at 2pm Monday and fasting till 2pm Tuesday might work?
Is that allowed or is it just pointless?
I've not got a huge amount to loose, so progress has been fairly slow and I really want to keep momentum!
