Hi - am a newbie so don't know how it all works yet...
Christmas Eve is 6 weeks away and I want to lose a bit .....actually need to lose quite a lot but a bit will do to start with. Aiming to lose slowly and gently but permanently....way I look at it - took me 30 years to attain the figure I've got so even if lose just half a lb a week that means will have lost 26lb in a year - 52lb in 2 years - 78lb in three years.... .
I'm in my mid-50's, mother to 2 and grandmother to 3 with another on the way. Darling OH has just turned 60. Like moderate exercise but happy to walk for miles. Loooove food and cooking and chocolate and wine and cheese and....(you can see my problem)
Have looked at the 5:2 diet and it looks like it is the easiest to follow - anyone want to join me for the next 6 weeks and after.
