I'm on my second week of 5:2 and feeling very good about it.
My problem is next week my diary has gone a bit silly. I usually fast on a Monday but I'm out that night at a dinner so I can't fast then. I have other commitments on Thursday (ok my mother is coming over and I don't want to fast while she's here as she will be unsupportive and demanding wine and it will just be very difficult.) Friday is the first day of our hols so I wasn't planning on fasting that week.
So can I fast tues and wed, or will that be hell on earth?
Alternatively, can I fast during the day on Monday and eat a restaurant meal at night, or is that just pointless?
Or do I suck it up and just do one day next week?
Appreciate any advice for a newbie!
