I tried 5:2 before & quite liked it but struggled a bit with feeling hungry & faint so gave up....
Starting in earnest today.
Had a cup of tea & no breakfast.
Feeling really pleased with myself
& then I forgot and ate a biscuit!!!!!

It was dd's fault... She didn't want it & attacked me with it!!!
So, is that it? Have I ruined my first attempt??
Or can I just ignore the
& pretend it never happened???
