I'm currently pregnant but have been interested in the 5:2 diet for perhaps six months after DC2 is born, and convincing DH to join me (he doesn't need to lose weight but I think the health benefits will be good for us both).
When I speak to him he will want to know the pros and cons - I've found lots of science backing it up (admittedly through Dr Mosley's publications), but has anybody come across an evidenced counter argument?
