I'm on my third week of 5:2 (fast day 2 today) and to be honest it's really easy; I'm not finding fasting hard at all.
But I've only lost 900g!
Any ideas? I'm sticking religiously to no more than 500cals on fast days, and not worrying on the other 5 - but maybe I need to start counting on those days too?
Only other things I can think of that might be of significance are that I'm coming to the end of a monstrous period (first one since getting pregnant in August 2011) and I'm still breastfeeding - only 1-2 times per day but I am still going.
My clothes feel better and the ones I don't fit seem to still not fit but are almost there... but I don't know if I'm kidding myself.
Any ideas?!
