Does anyone have a 2 Day Diet book they want to pass on?

Have you a "Works" book shop they in there for £3! Picked mine up yesterday but to be honest the basic diet stuff you can pick up from the hints tips thread and the fast diet website.

the book is pretty much based on our tips and hints threads - and threads 1-10 ; save your money
