Been doing 5:2. So tired though after a week of no sleep with toddler and baby being monkeys even though have lost half a stone in four weeks a v pleased. I did 5/2 for first few weeks. Did 4/3 last week after piggy weekend. Had another piggy weekend - booze and cake tactic so wanted to do 4/3 this week but am too tired to face it tomorrow. Or will it make me feel better? Or shall I just do Tues and Thurs? Week after I will be on holiday Mon-Fri but will do the sun before and the sat after.
