Guess how many calories in one Belgian choc?

I was given a box.

100 cal per choc. And to think I would normally scoff the box three or four!

Today is a fast day. Tomorrow 1 only!

M&S do a very nice dark chocolate truffle one that's 100 cals a pop. They are to die for. I happily skip a meal to devour 10 of them (my TDEE is a bit over 2000 so it's fine). On a non fast day obviously, and I only tend to have them a few times a year (when MIL buys them for Xmas or my birthday).
