Have just finished week 2 of fast diet. Fasting days fine. Most other days been eating quite sensibly. Today turned into a bit of a binge by accident - pastries for breakfast followed by a supermarket picnic for lunch including a big scotch egg then big slice of cake at school fete. And it's all sitting in my tummy making me feel full and icky and ashamed! Advice or encouragement please? Not had dinner but am just going to have bowl of soup.

Only advice is don't let it get you down, the odd splurge is not going to hurt you. If you are feeling ill, you are probably not likely to repeat it in the near future anyway Smile.

Don't have dinner if you still feel full at dinner time.

Don't feel ashamed! Feel ashamed if you do something unkind, immoral or illegal, not if you eat a bit too much cake Smile Flowers.
