Have stopped lurking and decided to join in. I started last week. Have completed 3 fast days so far and have only lost 0.9lb which is disheartening in itself , but also - I am struggling to eat to my TDE on non fast days. What can I do? Is it vital to eat to it? It's 2000 by the way, as I am 14st 10 ( the shame
)
Also- any ideas why I haven't lost? I typically struggle to lose weight anyway but this seems crazy when I'm eating so much less than before.
