Hi all,
I'm so glad there is a whole section dedicated to the 5:2 as I've been following it for weeks and am in a real pickle. A bit of background info, I had a baby four months ago, she is my 2nd and the weight is taking ages to come off. I'm 5ft 6 and currently 10st 11lbs. I go from that, then I fast, to 10st 9lbs and then put it back on. I can't eat dairy because I'm breastfeeding ( daughter is dairy intollerant) so it's not like I eat loads of chocolate and ice cream. I want to get down to 9st. It's so frustrating as I'm normally really good at loosing weight. I feel as if I have to eat practically nothing to reach my goal. :( I try to keep active but I have two children under two so don't really have too much time on my hands.
Any advice/help would be so appreciated as I'm really working so hard and desperately want to fit into my clothes again and get my confidence back.
