On my NFD if my TDEE is 1880 but I burn 500 cal through exercise do I add this as extra cal I can use?!?

If it is a NFD and the way you set your TDEE is to sedentary then you can eat back your calories. If you have set your TDEE by saying you are active, and this 500 cals is part of your being active then no you can't it is already counted.

On the other hand on a fast day you stick to eating 500 cals no matter how much you exercise.
