Ongoing period bleeding during cooper coil

Hi there! My actual period ended on June 11th, 2025. My period returned on June 25th, and ever since then, my bleeding has kept going on and off, but it's just ongoing bleeding.

I took a pregnancy test today, but it was negative, so I wasn't sure if I was too early. What could be the reason?

Can anyone help, please? To be honest, I'm going crazy here. I had my copper coil inserted in June 2023.

If it has usually been settled then I’d perhaps get it quickly checked by your Gp practice nurse - can’t harm , and will put your mind at rest

Today I have made appts with gp but they asked me to come in tomorrow. Unfortunately this morning I have got worse tummy pain. No idea what is going on
