im looking for some reassurance or to hear similar stories.
we’ve been ttc our 2nd child for 2 years and we are currently awaiting an appt with the fertility clinic.
i have struggled to pick up lh surges and the times i have, have been around cd20-22 in a 27 day cycle. My prolactin level hovers around 700 but endocrinologist felt if I was having regular periods I was likely ovulating.
Anyway, this morning (cd13) I had some spotting which is unusual. I did a hpt and opk to try and work out what was going on and absolutely shocked to see a bfp on pregnancy test. We did bd cd 5/6/7 (weekend away without toddler 😉), I’m thinking I just ovulated super early, perhaps prolactin is causing some irregularity?. My last period was on the heavy side and did go on a little longer than usual, but I did a negative pregnancy test 2 days before I came on so I don’t think it was a miscarriage 🤔

any thoughts welcome but trying to be positive
