Trying to conceive

My husband and I (both 34) have been trying to conceive for several years now, but unfortunately, we’ve been facing unexplained infertility. It's been a challenging journey, and lately, sex has become a chore, particularly during my fertile window. It’s difficult to maintain the intimacy when there is so much pressure to conceive.

We’ve tried using Ferti-Lily, and I’ve been taking various vitamins as recommended. However, we’re still struggling to conceive and feel a bit lost about the next steps. We’re considering the possibility of home insemination or other alternative methods. We’ve also seen a specialist at an IVF hospital who cannot explain why we can’t get pregnant.

Do you have any suggestions, or are there any new treatments, practices, or resources that might help us in our journey?

We’re open to advice on how to navigate this emotionally as well, as it’s becoming increasingly difficult for both of us.

Have you been using ovulation sticks? I have the pre mom app. I use their ovulation sticks to find my peak. Once I get my peak we have sex on peak day, then I home inseminate the next day (tily bloom - Amazon) it just eases the pressure after ttc for so long. I did that this cycle and got pregnant. I also tracked BBT to confirm I ovulated. I’m also 34 and partner 33

Read the Luisa Zissman maybe baby blog!
I took all the supplements and recommended and so did my husband and although we didn’t fall pregnant naturally, when I went to my IVF they told me my egg quality was amazing for my age, I was 32, and I needed very little medication. We were successful first round of IVF.
i was the same, unexplained infertility on both side .
good luck
