Im currently 15 weeks pregnant and have an eight year old (both girls) Has anyone had children this large of an age gap? If so how did it work out? Pros and cons? My daughter is very excited to be a big sister.

Not from personal experience but families with big gaps I have noticed work out well.

There was 7 years between my mum and her sister and 14 between my mum and her brother.

One of my closest friends had a new baby when her son was 13. Brother and sister now grown up and holiday together.

There is a nine year gap between me and my little sister. I found it incredibly hard. I was so excited to have a baby sister, and really wanted to engage and do loads with her, but she was just a normal baby and then a normal toddler who wanted her mum rather than me. I felt hurt and sidelined - I was old enough to want to help but too young to deal with the rejection (and let's face it, a lot of dads don't do well with it either!). So be very wary of that, and be sure to praise your oldest for any efforts she makes to comfort the little one rather than just saying that she wants her mum. Once I moved out things improved a lot and we now have a good relationship.
