I had a misscarriage in Sept. I had two rounds of failed medical management. I didn't know the second round failed, as my pregnancy test was negative. 4 weeks later I had a hemorrhage and had to have an emergency D and C. My period came back a month later. I've had 3 periods. Two months later I finally had sex again, the day after some retained tissue came out. Such a long and frustrating journey. I have been tracking ovulation the last 3 cycles and I don't think I've started ovulating since the misscarriage. Can anyone share their story of ovulation after misscarriage? I'm feeling very lost. The gynecologist told me it could take 6 months for everything to go back to 'normal' after a misscarriage. Having the hemorrhage and retained tissue has added months onto my 'normal'.
