I’ve been referred to a fertility clinic and I’m just waiting on my initial appointment however just wanted to pick some brains before then.
I had blood tests taken by my GP on cycle day 20. My GP stated my results could indicate PCOS.
my FSH level was 6.1 u/L
my LH level was 15.2 u/L
I know these tests should be taken usually on cycle day 2-5 which they wasn’t.
would these results suggest PCOS? I ovulate around CD 20. Could the high LH level be due to LH surge to release the egg?
