Could I be pregnant?

Hi mums
new to this so here goes. A little background, I have 3 kids already who are 11 and older I have been pregnant in total 10 times fair few baby losses here 😣. So any way we decided to try again. 3 weeks ago I went for some blood tests due to dizzy spells doctor called to say low on folate which I read up and can happen with a pregnancy so thought possibly I am and early on, so then period due last week and nothing I am now 6 days late and still negative tests 🤷🏼‍♀️ using clear and simple test strips are these accurate? Should I change tests? I ask as I tried a cheap test from shop other day and could have sworn was a line very faint took the test apart and it went away so I thought must have been evap line. My cycle is always accurate to the day so being 6 days late is very abnormal for me, anyone had similar? When should I contact a doctor? Any help appreciated.

If you're 6 days late it should show on a pregnancy test. Get a clear blue one. The cheap tests always give super faint lines when other tests would give a clear answer. Go for a digital one so there's no question what the answer is.
If the tests still say negative but no period I would maybe book a private scan and see what's going on and go from there... I hope you're ok. It's such an emotional rollercoaster!!
