Skyla coil and EWCM

Just wanting some advice or to see if anyone has had anything similar

I had the skyla coil fitted in April 2024 when I was 3 months PP, no issues with it and no periods just the odd spotting and minor cramps here and there - with no pattern and was happy with this as an endo sufferer!
For the past 2 weeks I've had lots of cramps - severe enough for some paracetamol and hot water bottle a few times - and LOTS of EWCM which I would have noticed back when TTC!
I know that you can still ovulate in the coil as they work by making the uterus inhospitable- but I haven't experienced this before! I actually wondered if it was thrush at first and used a pessary (as I get cramps with thrush) but this hasn't done anything and still getting LOADS of CM

Has anyone had anything similar?
Was wondering if I need to make an appointment to get the coil checked, I have checked and I can feel the strings okay!
