Knocked implant now arm is throbbing

Hi all,
Looking for some advice. I had the implant installed last year. Yesterday I tripped backwards and hit my arm on the door handle directly where the implant is. There is a bruise now and my arm is throbbing where the implant is. It doesn’t seem to have moved but couldn’t get much sleep with it and the pains consisted all of today.

AIBU to go to the GP for it? I don’t want to look like a hypochondriac! Any advice appreciated. :)

Take some regular painkillers, like ibuprofen or paracetamol. Give it time and it will settle. The GP can’t do anything (unless you think the implant is broken).
