Hi,

Are the big packs of cheap ovulation tests on ebay legit? Will they work aswell as the expensive ones?

Thank you.

You've posted in the contraceptive topic, so obvs answering from that pov.

Ovulation predictor kits on their own, whether in date or not, are not reliable on their own as a means of contraception. Natural Family Planning can however work well if you are normally regular and combine methods - eg basal temperature and checking mucus (with only a cursory nod to the calendar) as well as kits. You probably need to chart for several months, so you are thoroughly familiar with your cycle, and any other regular symptoms in your cycle (including the inconvenient one of increased libido around ovulation)

Hi sorry I obviously misunderstood the topic, do you know which I need to post in regarding fertility? As I couldn't find a topic saying that. I'm quite new to posting on mumsnet so unsure what I'm doing completely sorry!
