Constant bleeding on pill

I had my twin girls in early august and three weeks ago started the pill (started first day of my period) and since then I have bled every day…it’s light and pink in the evenings and at night but by day it is heavier and bright red again. It was my second period after giving birth, first one lasted around 7 days. I’ve not been able to get a doctors appointment until 10th December and the constant bleeding is driving me crazy! Has anyone else had this when starting the pill after birth?

Which pill?
Is it a mini pill or combined pill?

It’s been 10 years since I last gave birth but recently went back on the pill for other reasons and had constant bleeding. The nurse tried me on a different pill and we’ve sorted it. She did say though it can take 2-4 months for things to settle.

It's normal. My bleeding settled after about 6 weeks. Then I had zero periods, so it was worth pushing through the inconvenience for me

The mini pill did this to me. I ended up changing pills. There are so many options for most people
