Can I still be getting side effects from morning after pill?

I have taken the morning after pill twice last month (11th october and 18th October). Im aware its ill judged by me but the condom split twice and I am now going on regular contraception. I had my period on the 29th october. Usually in PMS by boobs always swell and are cysty and then after my period they go down again. Mine still haven’t gone down and feel huge and swollen and uncomfortable. My bras are uncomfortably tight. I thought it could be weight gain but theres no change in the scale or any other part of my body and I have been dieting and exercising. I can also feel the cysts/density of my boobs.

Could I still be getting side effects from the pills despite having a period?

Have you taken a pregnancy test? The MAP can have a high failure rate.

Yes, the MAP can alter your cycle significantly and those effects can last until your next cycle (which may be earlier or later than expected.
