Dizziness days after copper coil insertion?

I had the copper coil put in on Monday, it was all fine, not comfortable but not awful. Have had gradually improving cramping since then and some spotting. Am now on my period. But I’ve also been feeling quite dizzy each day, and this morning was worse than yesterday. Has anyone else had this? I am generally a bit run down and depressed anyway (am dealing separately with this) but it worries me and I can’t find anything online about it in relation to the IUD.

Call the surgery and ask to speak to a doctor about it. I had a new coil put in last week (not copper) and was told that if I had any pain or unusual symptoms in the days after to call and ask for advice. Sometimes things can go wrong with an insertion - you need to make sure all is well.

IUD warning signs
A constant feeling of pressure in your uterus. Extreme dizziness or persistent lightheadedness. Large blood clots or very heavy, persistent bleeding. Pain during sex or in your lower cervix (may indicate that the IUD has displaced)

This is what I found on Google if this helps in anyway xxx

Thank you. I’m going to the GP shortly about my mental health anyway so will ask them about it.

GP said that IUD related issues tend to be around the abdomen area so dizziness is probably a cold or something else unrelated. So that’s a relief!
