I started taking destrogel for 4 months had nothing but heavy painful bleeding non stop feeling ran down and agitated head aches tired constantly

Sorry OP, do you mean Desogestrel as in the mini pill?

If so can you talk to your GP? It has the opposite effect on me - barely have any periods.
