Progesterone only pill

My DD can only have the progesterone only contraception due to a heart condition. However she has put on lots of weight with the pILL.

Does anyone know of an alternative please? Thanks

Which pill?
There are a couple of different mini pills
Alternatives are coil, implant and injection. Injection can cause weight gain though
