It all started so well, I was doing the odd gym/exercise up until second trimester. That's when I stepped it up last time, but I've gone downhill. DS coming home with one sickness bug after another, we also went away and my job is crazy busy right now.
Did so much more last pregnancy! Then again I had a much easier job and no toddler.
Also had EMCS last time, but heard the more exercise you do, the easier labour might be. So it was a constant motivation vs now I'm having ECS I don't have that.
Curious how people's exercise habits changed during second pregnancy.
