I had a fertility vaginal ultrasound yesterday which showed I likely have already ovulated, which is odd as I'm only cycle day 8. This worries me as I am TTC.
Both my ovaries have multiple cysts which I do often get aches/discomfort from.
Just wondering if anyone has had similar experiences with this? It is likely hormonal caused.
I have cleaned my diet up and trying to keep things as natural as possible. When I take supplements it seems to through everything off balance.
