Low sex drive

I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions. I have previously been on the pill and since coming off it I have had 0 sex drive. I would like a 3rd child but I have absolute no want for sex at all. Does anyone know what can help increase this, if there are any tablets or anything else ?

Can you not just use ovulation strips and have sex on your peak days to start? Then it's just twice a month initially until you get back into your groove.

@Springadorable yeah I could do that. Thank you, the thought is just so unappealing to me just now. That does sound terrible I feel awful for my poor husband, i have felt like this for so long now

I think you need to go to the GP and speak to them about it. It's not your fault but I can't help but feel your DH will just be used as a baby maker, that's no fun

@tessdurbyfield I know I really feel awful for my DH, he is so lovely and understanding but I do feel extremely guilty. I'm not sure why I don't feel back to normal again after coming off the pill. I am now regretting taking it in the first place

Are you on any other medication? SSRIs and other drugs can also reduce libido.

@mossylog I'm not, I don't take any other medication at all
