I was a bit concerned about becoming pregnant again post second baby (one and two are 14 months apart) and pushed for a copper coil but the model they gave me was vastly different (tsafe 380a ql) from the one i had previously which was a nova and i am experiencing a constant stabbing cramp at 6 weeks postpartum, i was hoping it was my period but only had one spot two days ago and the pain is getting worse. Is it really bad if the iud is too big? Has anyone ever had similar? I have my six week check on Tuesday
