Symptoms after coil removal??

Hi ladies. I had my mirena coil removed on Monday and I’m experiencing some weird symptoms.
i had a bleed that day it got removed but has since stopped. Very tired, constipated and feeling sick.

jusy wondering if anyone had any other or similar symptoms ?
