Can I ask what your first period was like post mirena? I know it can take a while to settle I had an easy ride after insertion no pain and minimal spitting. I woke up today with cramps and heavier bleeding it definitely feels like my period but it's a week earlier than expected is that normal?

I have a fear the mirena has fallen out down the toilet without me knowing 🙈

I had mine fitted in December, nothing for a week then spotting / light bleeding every day for 4 weeks. 1 week off then spotting / bleeding again for 4 weeks, 2 weeks off now been spotting / bleeding again for 11 days. Think it does take some time to settle unfortunately.
