Coming off Desogestrel

So on Sunday 10th Dec I finished my last pill pack of desogestrel which i've been on for 3 years since my son was born. On the pill i never had periods (breakthrough bleeds) bar probably 3 completely random instances of spotting during that whole time. Before pregnancy and pill my periods were like clockwork, light and relatively pain-free.
Reason for coming off is we're getting ready to officially be trying for baby #2 in 2024 and I wanted my periods to return and regulate and I also felt like it was affecting my mental health.
Since coming off (about 1.5 weeks ago) I haven't yet had a withdrawal bleed and I don't feel much different. I've done some research and seen some ladies don't get a withdrawal bleed or their periods don't return for months. We have had unprotected sex in this week since coming off (silly i know since we're not supposed to be trying until next year and ideally wanted a few months first but wouldn't be the end of the world if I did get pregnant now🤣). I did a pregnancy test within a couple after stopping the pill just to know i wasn't pregnant while still on the pill (often did them just to be safe as I never had bleeds and get pregnancy paranoia ha) and it was negative. Will test again in a week or so if i don't have a bleed.
Just wondering if anyone's had similar experience coming off this pill and what I should expect?

You've posted in the Contraception topic.

You might get more responses (and better informed ones) in the Conception topic instead.
