Why am I still bleeding? Tubes tied

Hi mamas I know I'm being dramatic 🤣 but I had my tubes tied (tubal ligation) 11days ago and since then I've had a light period non stop amnd its getting me down now. Everyone I've spoken to says theirs only lasted a few days and then nothing so surely this can't be normal? I decided to get sterilised because all birth control made me bleed constantly so having 7 babies already I decided this was my best option. Was I wrong, will this bleeding ever stop? Please tell me your ended eventually or how you did it???

Has anyone experienced the same?

I had my tubes tied many years ago and my periods continued just as normal afterwards.
If you're having a continuous light bleed 11 days later, I would get in touch with whoever carried out the procedure and ask them if this is normal.
Hope you can get this sorted :)

Your periods will continue as normal even with your tubes tied. This is because you still have ovaries, which are still releasing an egg once a month. It's just that the egg can't travel down the tubes to get fertilised in your uterus by any sperm that might be there. The sperm also can't get up the tubes to meet any downcoming eggs. Everything else happens as per normal.

@Charlingspont I already know I will still get periods as normal, that wasn't what I was asking but thank you anyway
