Tubal ligation bleeding

Hi mamas, so I had a tubal ligation (sterilisation) 10 days ago all went well and I'm healing as expected.
I had very light period bleeding straight after which is still light but hasn't stopped. Any one know if this is normal and how long it should last?
It's driving me crazy 🤨

Any pain, discharge or temperature ?

No not at all, I feel fine in myself and everything seems to be healing well. I do have a slight discharge from my belly button though. Just seems like I have a never ending light period, it's starting to bring me down now
