IUD not there and possibly pregnant

My iud dislodged somewhere at the start of sept. I didn't realise until went to docs for check up on the 18th. tOM very irregular think I started 18th or maybe a couple of days before (sept) very dull cramping for last 3 days frequent urine and back pain. Took multiple tests but all negative. We never wanted anymore children hence the coil got 2 children in 10&6 but I'm hoping I am 🫶 not sure if your fertile straight after your coil dislodges though. X

Is it just the strings that can't be felt?
My strings went awol but the coil was still in place and stayed in until it expired. It was eventually removed under general anaesthetic

No it's actually came out it's gone completely. So unsure if pregnant as all symptoms but negative tests

Did you have ultrasound/xray to confirm it's not there?

Was it a copper coil or the mirena?

Maybe you have a UTI

Your cramping is potentially your menstrual cycle beginning again. Go see your GP.

you aren’t pregnant. Your tests are negative. If these strong symptoms were an egg implanting, it would be shown on a test.
