I've been on Desorex (desogestrel) for months with no problems, initial bleeding settled down and nothing for ages.
Just recently I've started spotting and put it down to not taking it at the same time every day, prob about 3 hours variation as it's been holidays etc (when I've always taken it at the same time every day).
But... I've just realised the last packet I started was a different brand name (Cerelle), I never thought anything at the time because it's desogestrel 75mg so I assumed it was the exactly the same.
Has anyone experienced anything like this and is it likely to be the change of brand causing the spotting?
