Morning,
I was due to remove my patch on Sunday for my week off, however I've taken it off this morning due to forgetting what day I was initially meant to remove it. Does this mean I should replace with a new patch until Sunday or should I be okay to have removed it early and will still have my withdrawal bleed?
Any advice would be really appreciated - I'm stressed thinking it'll do more harm than good and that I'll be unprotected.
