I had my mirena removed a few weeks ago as hubby has had the snip now. The mega Period came yesterday. Oh my god!! Im not used to this, My mooncup cant cope with the flow. I had to give up on that and double up a super plus tampon and a pad and I got through 2 tampons in 4 hours. I normally have light-medium periods. Im not used to this, is this normal?!?
