I'm currently on the depo, due my next injection on Thursday however I've bled for probably 7 weeks out of the 12 I've had it. It used to work really well for me and I took a break for a couple of years. I've noticed my sex drive has all but gone since being on the injection and it's starting to affect my relationship. I don't like the thought of the coil and I think I'll be constantly worried that it moves or falls out. I definitely don't want anymore children and being on nothing isn't an option as my periods are awful. Would it be worth asking for my tubes tied? I'm only 32 but I know I'm done. Does getting tubes tied stop periods? Anyone have any experience with any of this? I will be discussing it at my appointment on Thursday but just wanting personal experiences. Thanks 🙂
