Does anyone use a backup for condoms?
Not hormonal, no copper coil or family planning method.
I don't want sterilisation or DH to have vasectomy at the moment but absolutely don't want to get pregnant.
Are caps still something people use? Sponges? Spermicide? Any other methods of contraception to boost up condom protection?
