Has anyone fallen pregnant whilst on the pill?

I never went back on the pill after having my son (2 years old now) and then discovered I had irregular periods and started showing signs of PCOS, so decided to go back on it to regulate my hormones.

I’m on month 2 of being back on it (Yasmin) and I’m exhausted, have had sore boobs the last few days and feeling just not myself at all. I never felt this way for the 15 years I was on the pill prior to having my boy.

I’d be extremely surprised if it was a pregnancy as I haven’t missed a pill, but starting to believe it could be possible because of how I feel. But if I have all the symptoms, why would the test be negative? 😂🤯

My best friend fell pregnant on the Yasmin pill - I think she took it late one day, at the end of the day rather than the start or something - but she had a positive test 2 weeks later. Maybe give it a few days and test again? If not could just be random pill side effects!

My son is a year old, I went on the same pill as you when he was born, had a chemical miscarriage in August and currently 28 weeks pregnant... we had sex 3 times inbetween our son born and falling pregnant with this one, so it didn't work very well for me lol. I took it correctly, never missed a single one, same time etc, doesn't work well for me apparently. Booked in for sterilisation with my c section for this one, and getting a nexplanon sited at the same time, just incase.

It could just be side effects, but defo worth taking a test again in a few days to put your mind at rest.

Both my pregnancies were on the pill. Annoying. Had to get rid of the second. Stupid pill.

A lot of people I know but I think that's more them not being very military with it

Being sick etc can affect the pill and can cause it to not be as effective
