Mirena - no bleeding

Hi, I’m sure I am prematurely panicking. I had a termination on 19/11/22. I had all the bleeding etc from this I should’ve had and a negative test 3 weeks later.

I had my Mirena inserted this Tuesday 13/12/22. I’m concerned as I bled when it was inserted but I’ve had absolutely NO bleeding at all.

Is this normal? I was advised I’d have spotting but I’ve had nothing.

I think I am panicking as I didn’t have a period after my termination and it feels like forever since I had a normal period (due to being pregnant).

I think that's normal. I didn't start spotting till a week after the insertion, however I haven't stopped since and Thursday this coming week is 6 weeks since I had it fitted. Best speak to the GP.
