Exercise for fertility? What exercise?

Ok, so I'm 41, think my good egg days are coming to an end (just gone through a miscarriage - blighted ovum), but I really want a 3rd and final baby.

I'm in good health, eat well, don't drink or smoke, and I have 2 week bursts of exercise, 2 weeks super motivated, 2 weeks can't seem to get motivated. I normally do a bit of cardio mixed with strength training. On a scale of 1-10 fit, I'd say I'm a 4, maybe a 5. Not overweight but could lose a stonne.

I want to start trying for baba no.3 soon so I need to get back into exercise. But what exercise? I'm scared it's too much, scared it's not enough. What would people recommend as moderate exercise to support fertility?

I don't have a clue about the fertility part, but I would guess your 2 weeks of motivation followed by 2 weeks of not being could be cycle related? Therefore you could look into activities that best support your energy levels at the time.

Have you tried a 30 day beginners Yoga course? There are a few on YouTube. I quite like Fightmaster.
