Hi, it is very much dependent on how pcos affects you. There is no reason you can't have a healthy pregnancy, you just may need more support to conceive and carry the baby to term. I have pcos and I am on metformin, I conceived but unfortunately miscarried at 5 weeks in August. I found metformin helped to regulate my periods but I'm now waiting to see a gynecologist to figure out what went wrong and if there is anything they can do to help. I know that say for example testosterone was the issue there are creams which can prevent this becoming too high and help to prevent miscarrage. I wish you the best of luck! :)

I have unmedicated PCOS and despite drs saying we would need help to get pregnant I've been pregnant naturally 5 times in 4 years (had two TFMRs due to babies being incompatible with life due to separate genetic issue not PCOS, 1 chemical pregnancy and 2 kids) never had a problem conceiving most we've had to try for is 3 months and had 2 happy accidents when we weren't trying!
